In a pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.
Add the cleaned pineapple peels to the boiling water. Allow them to simmer for about 10-15 minutes to infuse the water with pineapple essence.
Add the orange segments, lemon slices, sliced ginger, ground turmeric, and the cinnamon stick to the pot. Continue to simmer for an additional 10 minutes.
After simmering, strain the tea to remove the solid ingredients, leaving behind a flavorful liquid.
While the tea is still warm, stir in honey to sweeten. Adjust the amount based on your desired level of sweetness.
